R.A. ROMATSA implemented the Quality Management System, in accordance with ICAO and EUROCONTROL regulations.
In terms of quality, the R.A. ROMATSA Management was ISO 9001:2000 certified until the end of 2006 for all the domains in air traffic navigation services provided.
The goal settled by ROMATSA Management was wounded on 20th of December 2006, when the ISO 9001:2000 Certificate for R.A. ROMATSA Quality Management System was officially handed over.
The certificate was offered by BUREAU VERITAS CERTIFICATION officials, a company with international recognition.
This certificate is an objective proof of performance, permanent orientation for aligning the services to our clients’ requirements, preoccupation for continuous improving of R.A. ROMATSA Management and activities and, last but not least, the organization capacity to provide high standard services in European concurrencies market of air traffic providers.
Further on, ISO 9001:2000 Certification is a “challenge” for the entire organization, for continuous improving and consolidation of the Quality Management System, considering the reconfirmation by the certificates obtained in 2006 (the certification corresponding to EC/2096/2005 and the certification corresponding to ISO 9001:2000).
