During the period 3-4 Mai 2010, at the Grand Phoenicia Hotel in Bucharest, took place the High Level Conference on Air Law, with the theme “New challenges and threats in civil aviation”, Conference organised by the International Civil Aviation Organisation(ICAO) in colaboration with the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure of Romania and Team Aviation Solutions Limited. The Conference had as a guest of honor Mr. Roberto Kobeh González, President of the ICAO Council.

At the Conference participated a number of personalities of the romanian and global aviation, including Mr Radu Cătălin, Director General of the Directorate General of Infrastructure and Air Transport, Mr. Jaime Aparicio Borjas, Representative of El Salvador in the ICAO Council, Prof. Dr. Nicolas Matte, Mr. Denys Wibaux, Director of the Legal Bureau ICAO, Prof. Dr.Bogdan Aurescu, Prof. Dr. Michael Milde, Ms. Claudia Virlan, Director General AACR, Prof. Dr. Paul Dempsey, Mr. Alexandru Opriş, Ms. Ruxandra Brutaru, Director General TAROM, Dr. Ruwantissa Abeyratne, Coordinator Regional Bodies ICAO.

During the two days of debates, the subjects of discussion were the following:
