In accordance with the ICAO Annex 2 - Rules of the Air , ROMATSA provides air navigation services to all aircraft being of a nationality and being registered in state which is ICAO member, wherever the aircraft would be, as long as the services are in no disagreement with the rules published in the state having the jurisdiction over the flown territory. |
